The intention of these sessions is to guide you through a tailored 1:1 session that helps you practice mindfulness and be present. We’ll create a sustainable, authentic, and meaningful meditation practice that you can incorporate into your everyday life.

  • It depends! We will discuss this during the consultation call. But in order to experience the greatest benefits, a regular practice is recommended.

    This can look different for everyone based on schedule, lifestyle, and availability.
